In this series, the paper republic book refills are made with Pergraphica Natural Smooth, and this paper is seriously inspirational writing material.
So serious even that we partnered with calligrapher Tintenfuchs, so she could use her magic on those notebooks. Because what better way to show how fountainpen-friendly our paper is, than by having a master calligrapher put our paper to the test with real ink? The result is beautiful calligraphy with no feathering or bleed-through.

But not just that: we gave away ten paper republic notebooks via our Instagram channels, and the lucky winners had their notebooks personalised with their very own names.
Here’s some more details on those beauties: designed for writing, the book series are book refills that contain a lot of pages – 96 to be exact – but have also been pared down to include only what’s necessary. The result? A super light notebook at only 200 grams, and with its lay-flat binding, it makes sure your writing will go as smoothly as possible. And if you want a bit more help when it comes to filling those pages, in addition to plain notebook seen above, they also offer dotted and ruled ones.
So even though not every notebook comes with personalised gold calligraphy, the “book series” by paper republic is definitely a keeper.
