We are a paper manufacturer producing uncoated fine paper and pulp in five paper mills across Austria, Slovakia and South Africa, with customers around the globe. This international distribution makes us a strong partner for all creatives who work in a cross-country network and with local specialists alike.

Papermaking dates back centuries. Our paper mill Neusiedler in Austria dates back to 1793. At our five sites, we produce pulp and environmentally sound office and professional printing papers, tailored to the latest professional digital and offset print technologies.

At Mondi Neusiedler, we particularly focus on providing premium uncoated fine papers to meet the exacting needs of the creative and commercial print industries. Four paper machines in Austria are dedicated to producing paper brands like Pergraphica, Color Copy and NAUTILUS®.

Glossary

What does that mean exactly?

Uncoated paper – Uncoated paper uses no coating. That means it is not glossy and its rougher surface gives it a more natural feel.
Fine/woodfree paper – this is paper made from chemical pulps, where lignin has been removed from the fibres. This makes it more durable as it won’t yellow.
