L’Amour du Pain
L’Amour du Pain stands for French patisserie in Vienna at the highest level. Vienna-based design studio CIN CIN is responsible for its contemporary packaging, made from Pergraphica Classic Rough.
In their work for L’Amour du Pain, the size of the boxes is derived from the respective pastries. Two formats were created based on a square, modularly expandable initial dimension.
With a grammage of 300 g/m², Pergraphica Classic Rough gives the boxes that strong physicality we’ve been looking for.”
The food-safe paper has an open, highly tactile surface that supports the nature of the L’Amour du Pain brand. The ingredients for the patisserie are hand-picked from France, hence the need to use packaging materials of the highest quality.
Once the lid is removed, the side walls open like the petals of a flower because the bottom has only been punched and not glued during production.
To guarantee safe transport, the bottoms of the boxes match up perfectly with the golden platters. Since the bottom of the box opens virtually by itself, the patisserie can be easily removed and enjoyed.
To execute this so precisely, they worked very closely with Bösmüller printers during the prototyping phase, and the result speaks for itself: by combining skills in design, paper manufacture and production, they managed to create something very special here.
Perfect for special French pastries in the middle of Vienna.
